Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Ick Log account and everything in it. Here's how — in the app, or by request if you can't open it.

What gets deleted

  • Your journal entries
  • The people you added
  • Your voice session transcripts and summaries
  • Your AI pattern insights
  • Your profile and account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

The fastest way, if you can open Ick Log:

  1. Open Ick Log and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm by typing DELETE when asked, then confirm again.

Your account and data are removed right away.

Erase your journal without deleting your account

If you want to clear your data but keep your Ick Log account, you can erase your entries and the people you've added from within the app.

  1. Open Ick Log and go to Settings.
  2. Choose the option to erase your journal.
  3. Confirm when asked.

This removes your entries and the people you added. Your account, sign-in, and subscription stay active.

Request deletion by email

If you can't open the app — for example you've changed phones or can't sign in — email us and we'll delete your account for you.

Send an email from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", to:

We'll verify it's your account and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner. We'll confirm by email when it's done.

About your subscription. If you have a paid subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel separately through your Google Play or App Store account so you aren't billed again.
